Ok I will be 15 weeks tom. and last night I was cleaning house. I got the kitchen and the living room cleaned and had to stop because of real bad cramps. I layed on the couch for about an hour and when I stood up I had the really bad pain that went from my belly button down to my vagina.. It didnt last long, but it hurt so bad. Could there be something wrong with the baby or did I just over work myself. I go to the doctor monday, and I will talk to him about it. I just want somebody's opinion on what might of happened..

Take it easy!! Everything gets harder even in early pregnancy even though you don't think so your body is changing every second and different things are going on inside your body. Your body is using everything it can to keep that baby healthy and growing. SO anything you do can strain your body. It's funny, I USED to be a very fast walker like when im in stores and stuff, well the other day i was doing my normal quick step to get through the store and all of a sudden i started to feel dizzy light headed and not good at all! It was carazy i thought to myself, I can't even walk fast anymore!!! You'll be just fine but do tell your dr. CONGRATS!!!!

You may have just strained yourself. Take it easy, until you get a little further along. Don't overwork your body. When you feel pain that is your body telling you that something is not right. Im sure everything is ok with your baby, just relax and tell the Dr. on Monday. If the pain get worse I would go to the ER just to be on the safe side. Congrats!!!

You likely just over-exerted yourself. I've found that after bending over at a weird angle, or lifting something heavy, I get a sharp, crampy pain in my lower abdomen (I'm 29 weeks along), but it goes away once I sit/lie down and relax my abdominal muscles. There's a pain called 'round ligament pain' too that happens when you move suddenly that is just caused by your muscles stretching out. If the pain ever happens again, and won't go away, THAT is the time to call the doctor/go to the ER.

You probably overworked yourself and were feeling Braxton Hicks contractions. My best friend was 15 weeks pregnant and they were moving, and I told her to take it easy, but she didn't and she had the same thing happen to her. She ended up in the hospital, which ended up being a good thing because they did an ultrasound and she got to find out she was having a boy! Everything turned out ok. But just be careful!

you probly over worked your self. being pregnant you are already tired and when you clean or do heavy work it can make you cramp which might actually be your uterus stretching. when i went in on my last appointment i had the same problem and told my doc, he said that when you work those muscles by sweeping, vaccuuming, ect. it will cause ligment pain. its normal and i wouldn't worry because everything was fine with me. just try to stop cleaning and take a break before you get too overworked!

Maybe you overworked yourself, but your appointment is not until Monday. I think you should just call the dr today anyway and explain what's going on, he/she might tell you to come in today just to be safe. While in your early stages of pregnancy, you can never be to sure. Good Luck
