When someone GENUINELY smiles at me. Makes him seem friendly and optimistic. Also, one of my little fetishes are the tiny crinkles people get around their eyes from smiling. Someone who does not even know me yet smiles at me is a good start - possibly someone I might want to know better, thus definitely worth a second glance.
