Na Cl when dissociating gives two ions: Na+ and Cl-
Ca Cl2 when dissociating gives three ions: Ca++ and 2Cl-

The elevation of boiling point is proportional to the number of particles lolecules or ions
So the elevation of boiling point would be 1.5 higher with CaCl2

In an opposite view sucrose which does not dissociate would have a nulber of particles half of NaCl and the elevation of boiling point would be the half compared to NaCl

Elevation of the boiling point is a collative property; proportional to the number of ions or molecules. Thus, use of CaCl2 should increase the boiling point 50% higher than that of NaCl. However, note that CaCl2 weights considerably more than NaCl. Sugar would increase the boiling point only half that of NaCl.
