hair colour - blonde, if it's too dark it would contrast against pale skin
eyeliner - pretty much anythin i know that fair skinned people suit gold though
haircut - no blunt cuts, and probably not a full fringe either as this will emphasise the square shape. i'd probably go for soft framing layers around the face, maybe a sweeping side fringe would look nice too

hair color for fair to medium skin works with almost any color, it depends if you have a warm or cool skin tone. auburns and rich browns look nice as does honey blonde. best cut for a square face is one with forehead sweeping bangs or try a deep side part to soften your jaw. don't ever get a blunt cut. it's best to use a razor on the ends of your hair to soften the overall look of the haircut(ask your stylist for more advice on this). a pretty, nude shade of lipstick usually looks nice on fair to medium skin. deep pinks look nice and so do peaches and corals. since i have a skin tone close to that, my favorite lip color is by NYC called mousse, check it out. and the eyeliner would depend on your eye color. for very dark eyes try brown on your eyes. brown mascara brown eyeliner and a nice purple or a pale gold eye shadow. if you have lighter eyes go for black, but not alot so it doesn't look harsh. i suggest you don't line the bottom lashes with liner because it looks very harsh on a lot of people, but this would depend on your eye shape.
