You need to call a parts store and ask for the "firing order" for your vehicle. This will tell you in what order to place the wires...if you have to, ask the embarassing question of...how do I find out which wire goes where...they may laugh, but they'll get you fixed up.....In the future, place tape on your old plug wires and replace each wire one at a time, being sure to replace "same size" wires as you go. The tape is there to make sure you don't reuse a wire you've just taken off.

It may run but it will run badly. Under your hood there should be a diagram of the cylinders and the firing order - the coils will probably be numbered as well.
