Then let your self cry. Crying is good for your health and emotions. You need to release the pain and emotions you are feeling.
I could kick the person who said men are not to cry. If men did let their emotions go more, Men would not carry as much stress as they do.

Thats rubbish, sure a man is supposed to hold his composure and be strong but it takes a man and a good man to cry.theres nothing wrong with having a heart.plenty of people don't.
