I believe in the personality traits, but that's pretty much where it ends.
There have been some instances where my horoscope's been bang on, but I mark that down more towards co-incidence rather than fate.
Also, while I'd be more willing to trust someone 'trained', how can that be judged? I'd be willing to bet that just about every horoscope section in a glossy magazine is just speculative crap written by people wanting to earn easy money. Harsh, but probably true!

I used to occasionally buy a horoscope and read it as entertainment only. It's a little like opening a fortune cookie. Any expectations of truth would be expecting a little much. If everyone in the country had the same horoscope that was born in a certain period, we'd all be bunched into quite a small little category wouldn't we?

Personally, I do believe that astrology can provide people with a better understanding of ones self. As far as the daily horoscopes in the supermarket or the newspaper; they are very general in nature simply because there are so many other aspects which define a person besides their sun sign.
That's just my opinion.

No I don't believe in them...
I think people read too much into them and think that everything about their horoscope relates to their life... I think it's just coincidence.
My friend is absolutely obsessed with horsocopes which is really annoying, especially as I think they're rubbish (just my opinion though) -x

No, I don't. This is simply an extension of the old days magic when people (our fore ancestors ) were primitive, that used to trust them for they had been compounded with several natural and human made disasters. These things are still practised and used by some foolish witches and their clients. There are also rumours that even some big business men and women are seeking for astrologist's help.
Damn with it!

Yes, the horoscope can give one some good advice, and it less of an obsession than religion is for some.

i do not believe in horoscopes. they are no true and are not going to happen anyway. it is simply by coincidence that things happen as written in horoscopes.

no horoscopes are always too generic so you can apply what you like to the statements to make them sound true.
