Use a brow pensil to draw them on for now, and when you go back tell your technician that you would like them a little thicker, or go to a different person. Ask around who other people go to.

They will grow back but sometimes it takes a little while for them to fill in all the way. Use a eyebrow pencil until they are more even. I would suggest plucking your eyebrows next time. You can shape them how you want!

it can take months for your brows to fully grow back. I believe they will return to their normal shape, that is, if you don't mess with them anymore.
For now, you can fill them in with eyebrow powder instead of eyebrow pencil, for a more natural look.
You can also use some light brownish mascara to make them look thicker

yes, your brows will grow back the way they were. i had the same thing happen to me. the time it takes for your hair to grow back really depends on your genes i believe... for me, it took a good 4-5 weeks.
