I'd rather go to a circus. zoo animals dnt jump in a blazing ring of fire and zoo animals dont stand on a ball! and haha zoos dont showcase trainors putting their head inside the lion's mouth (kinda creepy,morbid though!) but this what makes circus different from a zoo! =)

I have a problem with anything kept in a cage whether it be an animal or a human being so zoos are fascinating but make me sad also.....at least in the circus, the animals get to work and perform and hopefully glean some joy from the applause and cheers. So circus it is!

Zoo. At least they are trying to protect the animals and give them a some what natural habitat to live in. The Circus is just out right cruel to animals.

I have been to the zoo many times in my life. I loved the animals and the little ones where always in awe. The petting zoo holds fond memories for me of when my now grown children where young. They will always tell the story of the goat eating my straw purse. That was so funny cause it was on my arm and I wasn't even aware of it. Sweet memories~
Circus is a lot of fun too. You get all caught up in it. Lots of talent there. So colorful and the clowns. What fun we had~~jill

Both actually. l love animals so l like the zoo and l also enjoy watching those talented performers at the circus.

the zoo, you can take as much time to look at things and wander around as you want. the circus is a show and lasts for a set time. plus i think there is more for you to do at the zoo you aren't just sitting there. it is also cheaper to go to the zoo

i use to hate to go because i thought it was mean to keep all the animals in cages and all the freedom of being an animal gone
until i was about 11 when i saw an exhibit that was on loan to Montreal zoo and it was of a rhino and they said there were only a few left in the world and most of them were in zoo's
i thought if there were no zoos they would all be gone and after that i started seeing zoos in a different light

Zoo - at least the animals are in a semi more relaxing environment and not beaten and dressed in costumes to perform for snot nosed kids! I went to the circus once when I was 16 and I cried the whole time watching the poor elephants :(

I would much rather go to a Zoo . The last circus I went to they had no cage around the big cats , lions , tigers and I seen nothing which could have prevented them from charging the crowd and eating someone . Fortunately I had seats in the nosebleed section and they would have had their fill by the time they reached me but I won't see another one .
