I would call it Side Bar and I would probably locate it downtown near the court house to attract business from my lawyer friends. It would have a baseball theme because I like the San Diego Padres and Petco Park is also downtown.
I would have drinks with names like the "Summary Judgment" and "Life Sentence".

I'd call it "Mama Z's" and the theme would be zoo animals. There'd be drinks called the Galloping Gazelle and the Orange Orangutan.

I am a silent partner of one in Pomona, CA. called "The Vault". Named because the building used to be a bank in the 20's thu the 60's and still has the vault in it.

I would like a bar called the Star Trek design it like the bridge of the enterprise and have pointy eared servers like that savik character.I would be scotty!

it would have a cowboy theme and the waitresses would wear daisy dukes and we'd have a mechanical bull... I would call it the Red Rooster... ahh big fun, no special mix drink, because cowboys dont drink mix drinks~
