we have sweating on our cement plaster wall because of which the wall paint is getting outand we have patches all over the wall. so gt me a solution fr this.......or some product .

well sir its not sweating its called damping of wall.
there are three kinds of cure for it
1) try Dr. Fixit a product from Pidilite
2) if ur wall is of any room then try Wall Care Putty a product form Birla White ( not any other)
3) if its still privails then try Kool & Seal another one from Birla White, it would not only remove ur problem but also help in keeping ur inner wall cool

You have a moisture problem that needs solved before trying to "cover" it up. If the wall is a basement wall, you may need to direct water away from the foundation. If it is an above ground wall, I would say it is high humidity in the house. You may need a dehumidifier or exhaust fans.
