Mike: This is more for access of public information, the analysis of public knowledge and knowing the actual legal grounds that the States are bringing to public agenda. So, please--be kind and try to not be condescedning to simple questions--for they might have more to them than sheer ignorance. Otherwise, thanks for your input, its very informative.

Because they don't like him. That's the only grounds they have.

Don't know who you mean but if you mean President Bush I think it could be the violation of oath of office by violating the US Constitution, fraud concerning the war, misconduct, etc.

The previous President was impeached for perjury about a bj but acquitted. This President has done much more, so if it was ok for Clinton then it is just for Bush Jr.

If this is for someone else then I am not aware enough to give a valid answer

Its the Vermont STATE Senate. They are doing the same thing the Berkley City Council has done. Absolutely nothing except seeking publicity.

Oh please kid. where have been the last 6 years?? I'm conservative (the real kind, not a bushbot) and i support impeachment. For starters, the illegal war in Iraq, based on intelligence they KNEW was false. Illegal Wiretaps. Torture. Black sites. No-bid contracts to Halliburton. I could go on all day. Please start paying attention. Are you one of the 29%er's?

Very vague ones. "Questions of Constitutionality."

I'm a liberal, and I disagree with almost every policy Bush has espoused since he took office, but this Vermont senator thing is absolutely ridiculous.

Lying to start a war, imbezzlement of funds in New Orleans, Halliburton's war profiteering, suppression of constitutional rights and more.
