The physical world is a world of limitations. As is the physical body. Our eyes give us a limited perception of that which we see. We may see the world, but there is SO much that we don't actually notice about it. We see only what we choose to see. As a soul, we are spiritual beings free from the limitations of the physical. I believe that we are not bodies with souls, but souls with bodies. Or rather, spiritual beings here experiencing a physical human existence. This only adds to the expansion of our souls.
Do you need your eyes to see in your dreams? No, your eyes are closed, yet you see. Can you close your eyes and see things in your mind? Yes, you can. Clearly, you do not need your eyes to see. Do you hear things in your mind/imagination, say, conversations that you imagine yourself having with others? Do you need your physical ears to hear those words? No, you don't. Clearly, you don't need your ears to hear. Souls are far above and beyond the physical limitations of the body. Thank God!!! :)

I myself have an understanding of this but cannot put it into words. Its kind of like for example sometimes I write really well, however if you met me,often times I can't for the life of me even complete a sentence!!! And I do not speak the way I write. It is very strange.Back to your question, yes you can have a soul without a body,it's a "soul" a "soul" is just that,it does not need eyes,or ears or legs or a beating heart,if you yourself do some soul searching, you will find your answers(and that was meant in no other way then to look into what intrigues you)

How are you able to say the soul has no frame or senses? Do you no longer realize that each one mankind have been held in demise, the location referred to as demise because the prisoners of the satan. The unrighteous within the decrease side of demise and hell the the righteous within the higher. The righteous might no longer input the dominion of God. Although they have been deemed righteous when you consider that of the guts, they nonetheless needed to make confession unto salvation as mentioned in Roman 10:nine,10. They might no longer do that till Jesus defeated demise. That is why it's written that Jesus went into the decrease ingredients and preached to the captive spirits. So how might the ones righteous souls, being held captive by way of the the satan make confession unto salvation if they didn't have a mouth? And individuals who die in Christ and watch for the resurrection are in a a long way, way more superb location, having a long way, way more entertainment then once they have been right here in this earth. Do you no longer realize that guy can not fathom the sweetness matters the Lord has for many who love him.

In spirit form...that which we truly are...we are extemely evolved, and can sense...with more than the 5 that we are currently aware of here...and are of pure energy essence, so movement & such are done through thought.
Out-of-body experiences occur in all of us...usually during sleep, comatose states, anytime we can shut down the conscious...it is not easy being cooped up in form and we do love to fly freely.
We do not recall these episodes, usually, because that would interfere with our agenda here in this place & time, and the brain's evolution would not be able to handle the wheres & whys of our go-abouts in true state...but it is one of the contributions to what is referred to as deja vu', or feelings we have been in places or with people we know consciously we have not.
We have human vehicles to be here because that is how we experience this lifetime to it's fullest...they are made of this planet, fed & nurtured by it as well...we also have forgetfulness of who we are for the same reason...else where would the adventure be? See??? Enjoy the Journey!

It is a popular belief that it is soul which gives body its senses. If this were true then one will conclude it is body that needs soul to feel not the otherwise as u think.

How about your body wouldn't be able to experience anything if you weren't in it to allow it to have those senses! Ever see a comatose body walking around without its 'spirit' or 'soul' saying "arrrrrggghhh ... that hurt me!" When doctors stick needles into it?
It's quite the reverse - your body doesn't feel anything without YOU in it! It can't recall anything without you pulling that memory to view.
... and yeah Linda Lou gives some great examples too!

If the soul still has that spiritual thread with the body it still has all of its senses, besides maybe touch.

Until the link with the body is broken, the spirit has all the senses and can return to the body. Once broken, you die and cannot use the senses.
