I don't think they can. Isn't Vermont in Canada now?

Well, it's simply a case of one house of the legislature of the tiny state of Vermont blowing off steam.
It's just a show.
The US electorate endorsed Bush in November 2004. I say they're getting what they deserve.
You'll notice that Pelosi has taken impeachment off the table in the US House.

You do understand that this is the Vermont State Senate(never known as a very Conservative group) don't you people? The Berkley City Council had passed the same types of resolutions and they hold about the same amount of weight.

Who cares about Vermont? Bunch of losers. They're the ones who need to impeach their governor and judiciary for letting pedophiles off with a 60 day sentence for at least 50 child rapes. Before they pick on others, they need to clean their own house.

There's a reason Vermont has 2 independent Senators...they don't have a chance of running for higher office so they can be mouthpieces for the Pelosi crowd and not weigh down the Democrats with the fallout.

By reading the article it shows they still have no proof or grounds for impeachment. Just another tactic to distract from the fact that the Dems have not done a thing since taking office.

Seeing as how they haven't gotten ink or media time for anything else in a state the size as most cities, I'll take it for what it is... another "all talk", "no show", by some dems.

Actually I agree. Let them look like fools. You cannot impeach a President just because you don't like him. They should be more concerned about their own government. They prefer to let child molesters and pedophiles go with a slap on the wrist.
