I recently had a miscarriage... March 8th…. When I went to the doctors I found out that I am pregnant again….My Husband and I are super excited because we have been TTC for a while… but this morning I woke up and have very very light bleeding…and I just checked again and it’s gotten lighter… we have sex last night….so I wondering could this be another miscarriage or could this possibly be from having sex…????

I am going back to the Doctor on Monday but I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what the outcome was????

Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I am very sorry for your loss in March. I've had a 5 miscarriages, and it is never easy.

Sex can cause light bleeding. The cervix is very sensitive when you're pregnant, and because it's swollen, the friction can cause small tears, which bleed very slightly.

The thing to remember is that miscarriages aren't caused through any fault of yours. Try to relax and continue as normal (not easy to do, I know!). What I would do when I couldn't get to the doctor soon enough is have blood tests to check my HCG levels (it sound radical, but when you're stressing about your pregnancy, the voice of reason is lost in the panic).

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy - we're holding thumbs for you.

Wow I just had a m/c on March 10. I know how you must feel, but I have not gotten pregnant again yet. I am waiting another cycle. I had light bleeding after sex with that pregnancy and looked on every website imaginable and they all said that is was normal. Your cervix is just adjusting to the above-normal amount of blood in it now.

It could be implantation bleeding. Why don't you hold off on the sex until you talk to the doctor. Maybe because of the last miscarriage the doctor will want you to abstain from sex just to be on the safe side. Good luck and congratulations.

I had a miscarriage, after which a little one no longer lengthy after, then one other miscarriage. Considering I was once informed I'd in no way get pregnant, I viewed that one a blessing. Two years later I cross pregnant once more, and we had a good time and suggestion we might in no way get pregnant once more. Then #three was once born 18 months after #two...WOW! Then #four was once 15 months after #three, then 18 months later #five....we began pondering it was once a few sort of cosmic funny story! #6 was once born 2 years after #five, and quantity seven (we name her seven of 7) was once born 2 years after #6. My SIL additionally confronted a few miscarriages, 4 or 5 I suppose, she stopped telling us after a at the same time. She received pregnant approximately ten years in the past although, after which popped out FIVE in ten years. So we are each relatively joyful with our little advantages. I'm sorry in your loss, I do not know what else to inform you besides to preserve your hopes up. I in no way suggestion I'd be so blessed, and I don't forget the ones days of dread, each and every month of praying. We had been whole nuts in the course of our pregnancies, notably when you consider that all of our miscarriages had been after 12 weeks...some distance into the trimester of 'protection'.

I got pregnant 2 months after miscarrying. I had spotting and cramping early on and I was convinced that I was miscarrying again. I saw the doctor, they did an ultrasound and we saw the baby's heartbeat. They found no reason for the spotting which stopped a few days later. My doc told me to take it easy for a few days.

I now have a beautiful 11 month old girl who is the love of my life. My SIL also had spotting and cramps, she is now 20 weeks pregnant and doing great.

It may be implantation bleeding or an inflamed cervix, just make sure you see your doctor.

I have read on whattoexpect.com that light bleeding after sex is just a sign of pregnancy. But to be on the safe side, contact your ob and see what they say. I hope everything turns out ok.
