okay with my son i had a csection! and when they pulled him out he had a bruise on his left shoulder...i just want to know why it hasnt gone away, cause he is now 3months old..do you think that it may be a birth mark?

It's probably a birth mark. Has his doctor seen it? What does he think?

It's probably a birth mark. I have a spot on my back about the size of an adult palm that looks like a bruise. It can also be other things though like vascular defects so I would get it checked particularly since it's his left shoulder.

id say birthmark, my 4 1/2 month old has what looks like a bruise on his leg but it's been there since the day he was born and i got told its a birth mark, but double check with doc if ur worried.

It might be, ask the doctor when you bring him for a checkup.
