Carnaval in Maastricht, Netherlands is just a crazy week of partying in the streets! It is usually during the last weeks of Februrary. It is awesome. People are walking around in crazy costumes and it is non stop partying, dancing and drinking.
Queen's Day in Amsterdam is crazy and fun also! That is April 30.
