how do u stop emails being sent to my phone?

cost too much want to get email to stop being sent to my phone

Verizon on their account management has a "change services" option that allows just that...I would think other carriers have something similar.

It depends on where the emails are coming from. I have a facebook and it was emailing my cell all the time. So I went to the website and did a little research and was able to figure out how to stop it.
