When customer approved our Tender they sent us money, but some time we need to feel Linking Form. So when we required to feel that linking form?

A linking form is either to provide information to the person you bought from/ sold to. It can also be used to set up external links to your site on their site. It can be used to set up a link on the buyer/ supplier's page- this way, it will grow/ enhance the number of hits to your page due to the relation of the products. Sometimes you are required to fill out the form so the company can ensure you are a legitimiate business (the business might not buy from/ sell to the general public).
