Very funny! Now you've said it, everyone will think of it every time! Just Shiloh Pitt is bad enough - if you say it fast it's like Shallow Pit - like a grave? You'd think if your baby is going to be under that much scrutiny, you'd give it something catchy and near normal as a name!

Yes, I had spotted that as well but I suspect the couple in question would not have a clue about spoonerism and it would probably hurt their brains trying to understand it. Wonder how they would get on with an 'anagram'? Probably try and adopt it.

To actually answer your question, no, I don't think they realized that. They named her Shiloh Nouvel Pitt and they probably never thought of "Shiloh Pitt". Also, other kids in the future mught be calling her "Jolly Pit". Poor kid!

Maybe it just goes to show they don't think period! If they did Brad would not have left Jennifer for the creepy Jolie and she would not be adopting child after child for tax deductions and publicity! Hopefully they will split up Brad will get custody of his daughter, come to his senses and change the poor child's name...lol

If they did, that's an awful thing to do to a kid. If they didn't, they didn't put too much thought into it. I'm sure all her little friends will figure it out as she's growing up, though!
