You can't sue since it isn't a long time for you not to have received the shoes you ordered. The time for you to receive your merchandise can be anywhere from days to weeks or a month, depending on your location and how the items were shipped.

You must wait at least 30 days for shipping options, then contact them again. Keep contacting them until they respond. Since you sent cash through a wire transfer, you have no recourse there. You should have used a credit card; you could have issued a charge back.

it looks like you have been a victim of another online scam to get goods from somewhere east and have them shipped in the us. i have been in intl trade for sometime and many people get caught by these so called business offering goods at ridiculous prices who arent businesses in the first place. if you are trading on one of the trade websites such as alibaba, or ecplaza i would recommend several things.. only deal with paypal suppliers also check the forums for feedback about suppliers. gold memberships or trust members on these sites mean nothing. it only means they paid a fee to join. you need to read due deligence in trading and before you begin trading online and wiring people money. you will never see your money again or the goods either. it is also good to find a trading assistant. i hope you do file a complaint with the wire transfer service and you can also file a report with the police but do to the distance i doubt you would recieve any response.if you have any questions about trading or some recommended suppliers feel free to email me.good luck

wait a little longer; remember, he is shipping from japan to the US, which means it has to pass customs or some similar thing... international trade is highly supervised at all levels, so it will undoubtedly take longer than shipping within the US. If, after another week or two, you don't get your merchandise, then contact a lawyer.

It sounds like you got scammed. You may be out of luck. Your first task would be to locate the business so you can (eventually) serve it. It sounds like you are having trouble contacting it, so locating it may be tough. Good luck.
