Does anybody know how easy it is to transfer from Mankato Minnesota State U to the U of M TwinCities after doing your first two years (generals) at Mankato, Minnesota State University?

I did not get excepted to the U of M twin cities but I'm hoping to after doing my generals....

Pretty easy. I transfered to the U of MN, all I had to do was meet with someone in the admissions office, with a copy of my transcript and they filed some paperwork for my credits to transfer over.

I assume that you are a Minnesota resident. If you did well at Minnesota State, then you should be able to transfer. U of MN is a great university -- but not as selective as some of the top univesities. The mad news about that is that it would be ranked much higher if they made it harder for people to get in. The good news is that it means it will be easier for you to get in (I'm not saying you couldn't get in otherwise).

U of MN is a much better school than the one in Mankato -- I hope you transfer.

close ur eyes and count to three .... Then ull be in twin city
