Here in Los Angeles there is water falling from the sky! What's going on? Why is this happening? I think something is wrong with the sky.

you mean raining?? well if that is what you mean then the rain comes from the clouds >clouds come from all the steam that earth generates .... thats why the sky is leaking !! :D

The sky is working just fine. Water drops have a higher weight than the volume gas they displace and so drawn by gravity they sink to the bottom of the ocean of air where Los Angeles is located.

religiously speaking: because God wants it to.

scientifically speaking:
because water evaporates to the sky at hot weather and than it'll go back to being water by falling from the sky.

me speaking: because I feel gloomy.
