will 320i disc fit on a 316i without changing the calliper?

Go to www.realoem.com to check if your disc has the same part number as the other one. You can type in your VIN (chassis) number.

If they are not, chances are, they are not the same diameter. You will not be able to use it without changing the caliper.

And, if you plan to change calipers and disc, why not just go for a used set from a 328/330/M3?
