Something similar happened to me when I was 12 and my grandpa had just died. I was sleeping and something pulled on my ponytail. When I rolled over to see who it was, it was just a whitish vision that I chased down the hall. I didn't really think anything of it until the next day and everyone who I had awakened when it happened thought that I was just sleepwalking. I haven't had an episode of sleeping walking before or since.
My dad is now deceased and I often have dreams in which he is alive, albeit I always know in the dreams that he is just visiting temporarily. Maybe this is his way of watching me from heaven. Maybe this is God's way of helping me deal with death.
All of this may sound crazy, but just know that you are not alone. The other dreams may just be coincidences. However, don't let anyone make you feel like you are odd for any of this.

What you're asking really is a matter of opinion. Everyone has their own (differing) opinions and if I'm honest, I really haven't made my mind up yet! Sometimes I think that ghosts and psychics and anything like that is a load of rubbish. Sometimes I think people just make it up to feel special. However, other times I think it could be real. After all, certain things do happen that can't be explained. I often have de Ja Vu and can relate it to a dream I had recently and I have had a past life type memory before many years ago that is still with me to this day. Although I've never had a ghostly experience, I know people that have. I think that it is possible that people's spirits can live on after death. After all, energy never disappears, its simply changes form. So our energy (our soul if you like) could potentially stay after we die.

I don't think you're crazy at all. Of course it's possible.
I can relate to you with the dreams. I've dreamt things that have come true. Such as, when I was younger, I dreamt a little black labrador was sitting outside my bedroom, then a year later we got a lil black lab called max and my dream flashed back to me when i saw him sittin in the same position outside my door.
I'm always told you shouldn't be scared of it, but use it to help you out! Whatever ''it'' may be. Maybe if it was your grandmother, she was wanting to tell you something, or maybe she was just saying goodbye? I'm not sure, but one things for sure, don't be scared of it, and you're definitely not crazy

I don't thik you are crazy, I believe the dead can visit you, sometimes you see it and sometimes you don't. Here's an example:
When I was giving birth to my oldest daughter (Ella is six now) I was having a tough time with the labor. I felt someone put their arms around me and then whisper in my ear "You can do this, it will all be worth it in the end." but when I turned to see who it was, I didn't see anything or anyone, I later decided it must have been my twin sister who died shortly after I was born. I named my daughter after her and she has actually told me that she's seen my sister. One night she had had a bad dream and she was too scared to get up and go to mine and my husband's room. She said that an angel who said her name was Ella came and helped her to be not so scared.
So, yes I believe that people can visit you after they die. I don't believe you are crazy

No you are not crazy. In a scientific study at the university of Washington, special cameras were set up in certain "hot spots" of paranormal activity to prove that the dead can become restless and visit the living. Scientists were able to capture detailed photographs showing facial features that were then verified by family members. They dead would return again and again to these "hot spots",

people who are quick to call you crazy are dismissive and dont know what they are talking about because they have not experienced it. whether your mind created the phenomenon or it was real - it happened. personally i believe if you are tuned to certain energies you can see the dead, communicate with them, whether in real time or dream time. maybe therapy to discuss your anxiety about this vision or some hypnosis will help you get closure.

It is not possible to come back for the dead people. Its just our imagination only, the places we stay, the things we do, the work we will execute, will revolve in our mind when we are in sleep. Sometimes some of that imaginations may come into mind and will can see a visual infront of us.
In childhood we will listen some stories from our parents or grandparents that will store in mind and some how they may come into our mind in sleep.
Because when we are in sleep our concious mind will take rest and sub concious mind will work. so the imaginations will work when sub concious mind is in open state. even in day time also it will in open state but complete grip will be on the concious mind. only. ok.
Dont worry and dont get scared of it. Be brave. Ok.

I believe the dead can visit if it is shortly after their death. My mother always swore her father visited me near my crib and then vanished. A few minutes later her aunt called to say he died and my mom told her she knew.
