I need makeup and hair advice!!?

Ok I always have a problem not knowing what to do with my makeup and hair.
I have green eyes, high cheekbones, and deepset eyes and fair skin tone.
I have THICK dark brown hair that when i dont straighten or curl it is a mix between the too.
Any ideas?
