BTW: I realize that since I am currently watching Season 2, that there must have been a Season 1, but I never saw it on TV, and have come up empty with a search for it on the internet.

Yes, there was a Season 1 of Work Out. Check out the Bravo website and maybe you can find out some information. I don't think it has been released on DVD yet.
Work Out is one of my favorite shows!

If it's on currently, then it must have started sometime, and that, ipso facto, would have been Season 1. Did you think maybe they had started with Season 2 for some perverse reason?

I believe the DVD has come out for Season 1. Check on amazon.com or wherever you buy your DVD's.

yes, there was a season 1 - no, I don't know where you could watch it.
