I always was told that men and women both traditionally should wear a watch on the left wrist. If you think about it, the knob to wind the watch is always made to the right of the watch face... more convenient to wind if the watch is worn on the left wrist. I don't think most people think about that or are very concerned with winding a watch, so honestly it doesn't matter. Whichever wrist feels most comfortable to you is fine.

I wear mine on my right arm because I'm left handed.
Best to wear it opposite of your writing hand so it doesnt hit against the desk when you write.

I have seen people wear on either wrist, its which you feel more comfortable with. I have seen many wear on left but i have seen right handed people put the watch on the right wrist.

I think you're supposed to wear it on the opposite of your dominant hand. Therefore, if you're right handed, you wear it on your left, and vice versa. But, just go with what feels right to you. I'm right handed, and I wear my watch on my right hand because that's what feels right. :]

Usually left hand. But if you feel uncomfortable wearing on your left hand, then you can wear it to your right hand.
