The freezer part of our fridge still works but the regular fridge part only seems to cool to 50 degrees. But overall really disspointed by the quality of this fridge its a Jenn Air stainless steel. But the so called "stainless steel" is rusting after a couple of years of normal use.

So, where can I find a cabinet depth/ counter depth stainless fridge that will last like my old fridge in the basement has for 20 years?

Lowes & Home Depot have some really nice quality built models.
There are appliance stores that carry nice ones as well.
If you want to get really fancy you can spend a little extra, & get a commercial grade model. It will cost more up front, but a commercial grade fridge will last for many many years.
Hope this was helpful, good luck!!

Jenn-air must have gone downhill quite a bit. They used to be a top of the line appliance. Anyway, I agree with your first answer. Consumer Reports.

GE makes some good fridges. I've had them for a long time and still work.
