I think Saegar is a nice name you should change it to that.
You should change it whatever though, apart from the family issues you are having it will save your kids a lot of unnecessary trouble at school.

look at what orther surnames are in the family tree - his mother's side, your mothers side also and so on - maybe you'll find something that you like that way - also what is yours or his middle name ? could it be changed into a surname? I had a friend that took his middle name as his last name - it was only for "stage" reasons but it worked much better than Gohlinghorst - no kidding - really ... see schitz isn't all that bad next to that lol sorry -
Changing names can be tough - so make sure you'll be happy with what you choose - GOOD LUCK ! ! !

I have to admit, Schitz did give me a laugh. Anywho, this is a first for me - changing last names, but I think the idea is very profound - it makes a statement. I would look up the meanings of certain names and see which best fits the two of you. I would leave Seager (which is a nice name) to a son's first or middle name.

Your name is who you are - pick something that has meaning.

Good Luck.

Wow. Imagine the hell he must have gone through as a kid with a last name like that. I think you should change it. It will save your kids a lot of grief (if you have kids). And even now, as adults, I'm sure you must be sick to death of the jokes and wise cracks. I think Saeger is a good choice, it keeps family ties. The other side of the family, but still, there are family ties with that name.

I think if you are going to change it, you should use your maiden name. He may not agree with it but it is a name that is already there and it also saves you the trouble of trying to find another last name. Or you can find out what his biological parents last name is and go with that. But, that is all up to you.

Your first childs dad could might desire to comply with the call substitute. i in my view do no longer see the factor of fixing it noticeably because of the fact it incredibly is her call. while she's 18 is she needs to alter her call then so be it. For the hot toddler, why no longer purely hyphenate your's and the dad's final names? that's what maximum families do while the mum stored her maiden call. Btw, my daughter and that i've got distinctive final names. I even have on no account had any problems with it and actual pondering the form of unmarried parents and divorced families there are, it extremely isn't any longer uncommon in any respect at her college.

The only name suitable would be Saeger since it is your name. As long as you are well with your family I think this is a very suitable choice.

I hope it all works out for you guys. Good Luck ;-)

Tell your husband I feel bad for him, I mean, no guy should have to go through life with the last name Schitz. Anything really is better than being Mr and Mrs Schitz, except Mr and Mrs Phuck. A completely unstupid last name would be Shepherd, it works for everything.

How about FORD? then your husband would be Harrison Ford. LOL !!

I think anything though would be better than Schitz
