So if everyone knew he was crazy, why did no one do anything about it before he killed 30+ people? And to everyone - stop blaming Koreans. Every race, nationality, religion, color, gender, whatever, has crazy people.

Theres crazy people everywhere. Too bad we cant read minds like the "pre-crime unit in the film Minority Report". We live in a country full of lawyers & the NRA.
Can we stop Nicole Ritchie from driving under the influence, going the wrong way in the freeway before she kills someone else in her big *** SUV? NO !!! Her lawyers would get her out right before happy hour. I think she's crazy and stupid.
Same thing with people we think are crazy. Some Dr would prescribe drugs as always and release them. Remember the kid that ran over & killed students near a college campus w/ his car. He got acquitted. Whats his name anyway???? His family knew but did nothing except buy him a turbo charged car.
Cho obviously went beyond depression crossing over to madness. Sad to say and forgive me for saying this but it will happen again. :((

b/c i doubt anyone thought he was capable of doing something like this. Plus this day and age schools aren't allowed to do anything really they sent him for help they tried but they can't force him to do anything. Itrs a sad situation, he was one messed up guy!

bc its easier to look the other way then actually do something! its sad really how the school shouldve enforced their code of conduct and had him removed from campus. he would have never been able to do this if so .
