Does anyone know how to write up a legal retainer?

I am doing a favor for a friend but I want to do it legally. So I need a retainer written up. *I'm planning an expo for him*! Can someone tell me how to do one or do one for me?

Don't...if you are not an attorney what you are doing is called the unauthorized practice of law....you can tell him to come on here and ask but for you to do it for him would be illegal.
