cut my telephone wires loads of things and tell lies anyway, my friend knows her and spoke to her cos she don,t know she was my neiighbour and this woman said be careful my friend said that denise (me ) was a lovely person, i am being evicted she she tells lies to the council, she said to my friend its not me but i know it is, someone said to my mate keep away from my neigbour cos she is two faced, how can someone be like that

You need to move. I don't know why someone would go to so much trouble to harass another person, but you need to get the hell out of there.

I'm confused and I don't think I'm the only one. Do you want to know how a person can be two faced or do you want to do something about your problem? I would take pictures of the incidents and document everything that has occurred, it would help to call the police they'll document for you. If you don't, it's your word against theirs. If someone was chucking poo at my windows, i'd report it before it had a chance to dry. As for your "friend", cut your losses, with friends like that who needs enemies? Some people are just like that, pity her and move on.
