It seems like the republicans’ voters are easily convinced by their leaders. And they seem to have blind faith that their leadership is looking out for their best intertest. The democratic voters seem to question ideas and the courses that the government wants to take.

Please answer this question with intelligent arguments. If you can’t then my point is proven. I’m open-minded about being a republican or being a democrat but recently it seems like, even when you state the facts about anything in government the republicans fall back on “I support my president and the troops” and that its.

Why does it always come down to race with some of you republicans? It’s sad. I’m Black get over it. Maybe if you paid as much attention to my words more as my skin you would still be in control of the House and Senate.

It's because we don't change with every special interest group that comes a long. The Democrat purist is something totally different than what it is today. Republicans have basically stayed along the lines of what is was when it started.

You may think so, But I think Republicans (for the most part) have a better understanding of the long term consequences associated with an action or course of action. Most Liberals do what "feels right" without looking at what the results of their actions could/would create. One could argue that most social changes come about by liberal ideas, in some ways that is true, properly implemented, there are many great ideas that come from those labeled "liberal". Republicans (for the most part) think that individual responsibility should trump govt responsibility, this is why the debate on abortion, school vouchers and SS reform. Although there are many Republicans that do as you say, blindly follow the leader. Most of us do not. We do not like where this current administration is going and are looking forward to getting back to real conservative idealogy. Of course we can point out the Liberal and Democrat tendency to follow the leader also. This explains Hillary's fundraising ability, talk about blind faith and easily manipulated. that is a whole different discussion though.

I have a 136 IQ .I question everything even your sanity. You are mistaken. I only have faith in the economic system that has been in place since this country began. Only recently has it been suggested that the strong support the weak. Or the hard worker give handouts to the lazy. Democrat voters only question everything that doesn't fit their warped views. Think of The United states as a company in a global economy. You are a shareholder in the cooperation. The democrat plans (what few there are ) only weaken the company. Making it right for a takeover. Bush is right on the war and wrong on Immigration. He is wrong on Stem cells. But right on Tax cuts. Democrats have proposed A tax hike that will double the hike Clinton had. Many poor who are not paying taxes currently will now owe the government. Democrats cannot debate issues because they are always wrong. You are equally wrong.

Well, TD, looks like you've been pretty well flamed to a crisp...hope you had your asbestos underwear on today.
No, the Republicans have NOT always been the way they are now. Ronald Regan brought the Christian fundamentalist right into the party as a big voting block. Before that, Americans were pretty good at separating their religious beliefs from their political issues and voting accordingly. Nowadays, things like party loyalty, grassroots support and political platforms have a HUGE component of faith in them because of the influence of the conservative Christians.
I'd really like to see us back up a bit and regroup so we can cut both parties free of being beholden to religion. As Madeleine Albright said in a recent interview with Jon Stewart, "Armageddon is NOT a good foreign policy."

they are not manipulated into hate. They hate for sure. It replaced into fed to them with their mothers milk. Hate like it extremely is often generational. What they are being manipulated into doing is vote casting for the social gathering which will do the least for THEM of their conventional lives. maximum of those "haters" earn under $50,000 according to 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. a lot of them earn under that. maximum have not got scientific insurance. maximum will war to coach their teenagers. yet they're going to proceed to vote for the social gathering which cares least approximately how they consume or feed their teenagers, no count if or no longer they have well-being care, what opportunities will take transport of to their toddlers.... because of the fact their hate tells them that the social gathering that would help them, would be helping others too. Others that those Republicans have not have been given any time for. Blacks, Hispanics, Immigrants. they have been brainwashed into believing that their white epidermis makes them extra useful than those communities. further they have been brainwashed into believing that white human beings will upward thrust above their circumstances merely out of sheer organic superiority. No government intervention required. attempt is its very own advantages and all that neocon cr**p. they have been manipulated into believeing that they do no longer want help and for this reason they do no longer choose it.they seem to think of that some day the forces of challenge capital will magically knock on their door and say "Congratulations!! You fought the reliable combat...for neocom regulations and white rule. right it is your American dream as your advantages for loyalty to the reason while all indications have been which you have been being taken for a trip!!" So stupidity could be fed to them with mothers milk too!!

What I see is the Democrat voter listening to what the Black Eyed Peas and Susan Sarandon have to say ("f*** George Bush" essentially and "war baaad") and repeat it. They are the ones who don't question but blindly repeat what they hear on the mostly left-wing media. There seems to be no intelligent thought processes involved at all, just very simplistic and idealistic ideas and views of the world.

Whenever one makes a sweeping generalization such as above, it's bound to be picked apart and revealed as false. What you're saying might be true about SOME Republicans, but it is also true about SOME Democrats. I'm afraid your credibility goes out the window with such pronouncements.

Actually it's quite the opposite. You need to have a strong intelligent mind to understand the issues and have high integrity to stand behind your beliefs. The Democrats apparently are incapable on comprehension. The only reason the democrats are having a problem with the course is because they are not in power.

It is funny that you can call an entire diverse population of voters such as Republicans---weak minded and easily manipulated. Sounds like Prejudice to me!! By looking at your avatar I would think you would be a little more sensitive in that area but it just goes to show!! Nothing like bunching millions of people together and judging them as one! You must be one intelligent Democrat. Do you really think America is ready for a woman or a black president??? I can't stop laughing.
