To prove something is real you must be able to measure it, test it and be able to study it using rules that anyone else can use.
People "feel" spirits and there is no way two people can feel the same thing. Belief, no matter how strong, does not mean something is true. Fact is something that can be tested, faith is something that is as different from person to person as preference in music... it's emotional.
So far there has been zero proof of anything outside of the world we live in. Nothing that can be said to be proof of spirits, demons, devils, angels, gods... it's all belief. What some people claim to be possession is a mental disorder that they simply don't have the training to understand.
But (on the other side of the coin) a truly honest scientist will never say something does not exist, only that there is no proof of it's existence.

These are our own fears. We always fear what is unexplainable.
A fear can be created too. Imagine a soothsayer saying "A pretty girl with golden lips will be bad luck for you." and then you see a pretty girl with gold lipstick and someone (the soothsayer!) drops a bucket of cold water on your head! Do you fear this soothsayer?! Yes, you do!
Nobody has ever seen a ghost or demon. The ones that are are the ones within. Or some 'demon' dressed up as an ugly monster.
Being ugly does not make you a demon either...bats look ferocious but they are not! It is the ugliness in your heart that makes you a demon.

yes spirits and ghosts exists but not demons.there is 1 story of scientists who do not believe that spirits are there so some people of village fought with them so the scientists done an experiment in present of villagers.they choosed a man who was going to die within 2 hours and kept it in a rectangular glass box and they exhasted the air from the box so the man died in 4 mins.... and when the man died the glass was broken and some white colour gas came out and after going up it dissappeared.then the villagers told now you believe that the spirits are present in our body so the scientists said no we dont believe it the gas which came out from the body was just heat of our body when the man dies that heat becomes flame and comes out.

That's like asking if there is such a thing as gravity. Can't see it, hear it , or talk to it , yet firmly do your feet stay planted on the ground. Leaving my own personal experiences out of it, lets look at the facts. From ancient Babylonia to ancient China to Irish folk lore to Native American History...almost every civilization I can think of has a story about evil spirits and men from the stars and God in heaven. I believe legends are born of fact despite how distorted time can twist a story. If that many 'peoples' for that many many for-ever years claim to have had to deal with such thing how can you really dout? Just because you haven't seen or heard or met one? Believe me, you don't want to. Think about that the next time you feel the wind on your face......

sort of, sort of, and yes. That's the best I can explain it. Ghosts are just spirits that have some manifestation in the material world. Demons are more like negative energy, and not really understood well.

Will you believe anything we say? Any of us can say that this is crap or that it is real. How does the opinion of unknown people matter to you? There is no proof or knowledge on these matters. So it is a matter of what you believe. However, I think that a rational person should keep an open mind, but generally consider such things as pure fiction.

yup, ghosts and spirits definatley, demons do but not in the form people would expect, more like inner demons the force behind all of our dark desires, its what drives us to violence, demons are more like forces than actual physical forms people believe that they do.

i don't know about ghosts but i do know that demons and spirits exist,
how do i know this?
We had a house keeper who was demon possessed,its the freakiest thing iv ever seen.
