tips on how to be sexy. clothes i should wear . exercises i should do .any self help talking statements i should give myself to maintain healthy eating habits. struggle to be sexy, or exercise.
most of all its the psychological scars in my brain that make ,me eat like a merchant. food is a tremedous source of huge comfort which my psychological make up relies on for me to survive.
What strives people to be sexy , thin and beautiful, please help me as i think i will need to do this in the future.

From what you have written, it would appear that you equate sexiness with thinness...when the two are really not related.

You can achieve the body type you want with a healthy mental attitude and a commitment to achieve your goal. And really, sexiness is found in that mental attitude as well. People say that the basis for sexy is confidence, and its true. But if you don't like how you look, you will not have confidence in yourself. Therefore, you cannot achieve feeling or appearing sexy.

So my suggestion is that you take a good hard look at how you look. Decide what it is about yourself that you would like to change, and do it. Commit yourself to a healthy program that will allow you to change your lifestyle, so as not to fall back to unhealthy habits. From there - I promise you - you will feel proud of yourself and confident in how you look. Then put on something that you love to wear...and you will achieve your sexiness!

You need to get comfortable in your own skin. The mind is your battle. Your emotions control your appetite not whether you are hungry or not. The wounds that you suffered to your self-esteem needs to be brought out and realized. Then you need to believe or reprogram your mind to know that was then and this is now. Old protection mechanisms are not needed and give a false sense of safety or comfort. It is easier not to eat it if you choose not to buy it and put in your refrigerator for at night when you are week. Kick the food crutches out and live without safe guards and when you realize that your fears where only self destructive then your personality will open up to let you be the sexiest happy person you can be. Easier said than done. Hope this helps you overcome.

The thing that makes anyone sexy--no matter what they look like-- is--confidence in themselves.
Confidence comes from experience and developing your own style.
No one can tell you what to wear or do to develop confidence and sexiness, you have do this on your own.

you don't have to be thin to be beautiful. Get that thought out of your head to start with.

Get yourself one outfit which you love yourself in. Dress up in it when your feeling down.

Daydream how you'd like people to react to you.. no matter how crazy. Positive daydreams. and talk to people, as much as you can.
