whts the first thing u do just after wake up & the last thing b4 sleeping?

mine is to take the bath in morning & often use my cell or t.v at night.

The first thing I do is go to the potty, and before going to bed I brush my teeth.

When I wake up I turn off the alarm, roll out of bed and kiss my husband good morning, then I continue on on the getting ready routine(on page 32). Before I go to bed I take a shower, brush teeth, blah blah blah, kiss my husband and set the alarm(page 38).
