My Mom used to manage a dry cleaners and they actually used Lysol spray (in the can - the disinfectant) to remove ink from clothing. I have also used Zout and Oxyclean to remove ink from clothes. Jeans aren't colorfast, so be careful. Use an old toothbrush to scrub the area and follow up with a wash in cold water. Good luck!

as u did it some time ago, the ink has probably already set into the fabric of the jeans...i don`t think it will come out!!! if the writing was more recent, i would suggest spraying everywhere u have pen marks with hairspray...it sounds strange, but it really works!!! i`ve taken ink stains off of fabric, purses, etc. by spraying with hairspray & then washing...

Put a cloth under the stain. Spray alcohol based hairspray and then blot. It should leak thru to the cloth underneath. Plus come out onto the cloth you are blotting with. Just keep this up till it comes out. :)

the cheapest hair spray you can buy will take it out. Spray it on the wash then right away.

BUT, if you ahve dried in them the dryer, you are probably out of luck. The heat would have set the ink.

Depends what kind of ink was used. Just wash them and if the ink doesn't shift then they are ruined.

If it's pen ink, regular hairspray will get it out. Don't rub it! Just let it sit and then wash it.
