Mind is like a mad monkey! It is always wavering. What is mind exactly? Its a bundle of thoughts. The more thoughts we have, the more restless our mind becomes. So to the extent possible lessen your thoughts. You should have equanimity of mind. Now think what exactly give us peace of mind?Do we feel peaceful by the thoughts of our parents or siblings or friends or lover? No.The thoughts about our parents may make us feel worried, the thoughts about ourselves may land us into a state of tension and anxiety etc.All these thoughts will decrease your divine energy. So just think of the one whose thought will make you feel happy, peaceful and contented. And who is such a person?Yeah! Its none other than our divine father. He alone can grant you peace of mind.So just think of Him alone.
