What's your limit for being sick?

I usually work when I am sick so I can take sick days when I feel okay.

I worked part time for 2 1/2 years and didn't call in sick unless I was damn near coughing up blood. I needed the money! That mind set has stuck with me even through my now full-time job which would still pay me if I were out with just the sniffles.

if i don't want to go it is sick enough for me lol but if i am sick and don't think i should go in no matter what my symptoms r i will call in i think you should take care of your self first than family than work.

Actually, I'm one of those people who really has to be sick to call in sick. Ya know when ya gots to have a bathroom right next to ya. Trot, trot, trot, trot, trot, go and never stop.

oh i normally come in when i'm sick, cuz i can take the pain. but when i do call in sick its not cuz i'm sick, it's cuz everyone is doing something fun and i want to stay and hang out or my boss makes me mad and i do it just to piss her off. ;D

This is a relative question, how healthy were you to begin with. When it comes down if you are less than healthy wouldn't that mean you were sick?

If you think that you will be unproductive or will get others sick it is better to stay home and rest.
