Is this coin worth anything?

You have a novelty item. I have one, but it is a copy of a rare 20 dollar gold piece. The 1913 Liberty head nickel has a mintage of 5 and is worth in the millions. The real ones however, are the size of a nickel. I have seen almost all of the rare coins made into 3", what I call coasters, to ones that are no larger than 10 or 12 mm. So they go from real small to real large. You can buy the large 3' ones at gift shops around the country. They sell for $5 to $10. Hope this answers your question and sorry it is not worth more or rare.

Just a few years out.
A 1911 liberty nickel can be worth $2,000
A 1916 buffalo nickel about $2500
A 1913 is common ... but still worth something, try ebay.
