Bob Dylan is the king of the mumblers, although I have to admit that I can't understand a word that comes out of Ozzy Osbourne's mouth either.

I don't agree with the bob marley or jimi hendrix. There are far too many singers you can't understand. Kirk Cobain from nirvana. Tom petty(heavy influence from bob dylan). Then go listen to the death metal stuff, like lamb of god, or something along those lines. It sounds like thos guys just swallow the mic and scream.
