When I was able to work, I did. I am an RN and no matter where you work as a nurse a uniform is required. Thank goodness we were able to wear colorful uniforms instead of those old white starchy looking things but I still see nurses from the "old" school that wear them and the little hats. I worked labor and delivery part of my nursing career and they provided us with scrubs to wear. I am disabled now so I don't work anymore but I do miss it

I'm a RN, but my work place is pretty lenient. Because I'm out and about in the community and visiting remote communities I wear a skirt and shirt. In summer I wear singlets to work. If we go away or know we have important people coming, we wear our uniform, but it's pretty uncomfortable and not user-friendly. As long as we wear our name tags, my boss is OK.

ha, just realized something. i've worn a uniform for every single job i've had since i began working. wow, didn't even think about that before. so, the answer is yes, for my current job i wear a uniform. weird. have a star!

Wore one for 39 years. 23 years in the army then another 16 in the same uniform teaching JROTC. Still got it and it still fits. You'll see it this weekend on my avatar.

Not a uniform, just a suit. In my future career though, I'll have to wear a wig and gown!
