Hitler was a persuasive demagogue and a cunning politician, not a great leader. I think to be a Great Leader, you have to lead towards a goal that is better than where you are at. Gandhi, Christ or even Roosevelt are great leaders - hitler is not.
The jury is in on this one - don't follow leaders like him. It would help with your leader rep if your followers didn't all die as a result of following you. Hitler destroyed much of Europe, but Germany most of all.
I'm not sure where you are going with this...

A am completely shocked via the previous answer. i'm a european and different than for the only answer right here already reported it incredibly is scaring the residing daylights out of me that maximum of questions are asked right here approximately Hitler and no count if he replaced into so undesirable.possibly people who ask those questions are Jew haters or do no longer stay in Europe.the individuals from Europe who lived interior the process the 2d WW can permit you recognize a factor or rwo approximately how reliable a pacesetter he replaced into.I had no longer been born yet in the process the war and my kin replaced into no longer Jewish yet 20 human beings of my kin have been killed via the Germans merely because of the fact they weren't prepared to conform to the SOB's regime. in case you have faith that any nut who's usa is going by a low has the astonishing to invade the different and implant a rule of terror then you definately may be able to think of roughly your individual cover in this kind of place. in any different case if the homicide of 6 million Jews,Roma, gay and handicapped human beings would not seem undesirable sufficient you tell me what's. He replaced into the main suitable satanic nut that even walked the face of the earth.

First thing they'd have to do is get rid of the wacko ideas...but then they would not be like him.

I recognize what you are trying to say. Hitler rebuilt Germany's economy and reenforced German patriotism. Does this make him a good leader? I don't think so. He and Bush both raised patriotism with the same methods-- a "with us or against us" fascist campaign of propaganda and exclusion.

ya... no one ever notices the small details of how he came to power and became the leader..

he killed all other parties, so, what our leaders have to do.... is kill everyone who doesn´t agree with them... when everyone is on your side, you can start to get things done with having to dance around the political correctness issue.

In brief yes he did reunite his country & re-instill pride in the German people. Unfortunately for millions this is where his "greatness" ended.
