i have seen someone he is healthy fine and has no problems, but his testicals (balls behind the pinas) one is bigger than the other is is ok ?

Perfectly OK, unless one is excessively large or very, very small. They just don't grow "uniformly"... or he may have had a childhood illness such as mumps, which can affect their size.
(Try having mumps as an adult.. that's no fun at all!!)

yes it is normal my left one is a lil bigger than my right and like 20 of my freinds i asked them and theirs are the same way left bigger than right

It's normal, so one hangs lower, so they don't go *clickty-clack* when ur walkin'
