This is old, so I wasn't going to bother, but then I decided, "Eh, why not?" Actually, this is battery. There's a difference between battery and assault. First of all, cigarette smoke is harmful, and you blowing it in another person's face means you're harming them. Secondhand smoke is more toxic than what the smoker inhales anyway, and you're a shitty person for forcing that on anyone. If you blew cigarette smoke on me, I could have an asthma attack, but being the type of person you seem to be, I'm sure you would just laugh as I struggled to get oxygen into my lungs. Second of all, purposely spitting on someone, blowing cigarette smoke in their face, and kicking their car are all things that have been found to constitute battery in a court of law. I don't know how this turned out for you, but regardless of whether or not the guy made good on his threat, you are a piece of ****.

Wonder if you were a Native American Indian, because I heard somewhere that blowing tobacco smoke toward someone is a good thing in some cultures.

I imagine that i would do a ninja type fast punch directly to your throat......and when you drop your cigarette as you gurgle and fall to the ground...i would pick it up and smoke it.
