I was awakened by birdsong for the first time this year and even though it was very early, it made me very happy. (Check in with me on this in a few weeks about how happy it still makes me)

I like the birds at 5:30 am, the little happy awakening chirps are cool.. i also love a 1980's hair metal guitar solo. Strange combo, I know.

The most beautiful noise to me right now is my newborns first vocals; the little grunts, coos, and sighs just melt my heart.... as opposed the some of the noise her older siblings make, lol.

I am shut in tightly here, but I love the tinkling of the little bells all my pugs wear on their collars. If you had pugs you would hang a bell on them too because you need to know where they are. It's like a sound warning device and I can hear when one is in trouble! As in-----trouble with Mama!! (me)

I know this is going to sound silly, but I was watching my friend's baby tonight and he started laughing over something stupid I was doing to amuse him and I think that has got to be the best sound ever. A baby laughing, especially a cute fat baby.

Any time my cat walks across my CD player and accidentally turns it on, I get a smile on my face. Who doesn't like waking up at 4 AM to Cannibal Corpse? I do! My neighbors, however, tend not to like it so much.

Kids laughing outside. I love waking up and hearing the young children outside laughing and playing, there's no sweeter sound.
