A guy is harrasing / abusing my GF on phone by call / sms, v dnt knw him, he is sayng he loves her even he dont knw her !! Wt to do to stop / catch him ?

i suppose you should just start calling and harassing him back, and maybe he will get so annoyed that he will leave her alone.

how does he have her infomation, like her phone number???? That is strange nowadays just don't give that out, unless they had some form of contact.,
Call him and talk to him...then if he doesn't stop...she ( your g/f) should go to the police and talk to them about stalking laws.
