1st -- get out the knife, and towels.
2nd - Unlock the front door
3rd - call 911 and report someone bleeding to death
4th - whack it off and hope the paramedics get there in time.

Going to a medical doctor is the best thing to do.
You shouldn't do this procedure if you are not a trained medical doctor. But with that warning if yu still want to hack off some of your penis here is what you shuld use.
Get some VERY sharp scissors. You may need to sharpen then even more. Soak them in alcohol and then peroxide.
You may need some tweezers. Soak them in alcohol and peroxide also.
You will need some Ace bandages. Make sure they've not been taken out of the pack and are clean. You will also need some sterile towels and wash cloths incase you bleed alot.
You will need a very bright light that hangs over the place yu will be doing this procedure. Some type of pain medication or strong numbing agent to apply for pain.
You will need to use sterile latex gloves and do it is a room that is fairly sterile. (Just make sure the room is very clean)
Wash your hands from your elbows up before you put on your gloves. Apply the numbing ointment. Take the pain tablets 30 minutes prior to starting. POint the light where you can see well. Take the sterile scissors and snip it down and then hold the skin with tweezers and snip all the way around until all of it is gone. Place a bandage or towel over it until the bleeding stops.
Once the bleeding stops put on a thick cover of vasoline over it and a peice of gauze. Change out the gauze every4 hours or so and add a thick layer of vasoline each time you change out. Take motrin and tylenol for pain.
Oh and I HOPE you aren't taking ANY of this serious! I am totally JUST KIDDING!

Have someone come in and bite down really hard (preferably a friend - if they weren't when they started they will be by the time they are finished).
Seriously - a circumcision is not a DIY project. There is too much risk of infection. It has to be done by a doctor.

You'd either pass out from the pain or from the loss of blood due to inexperience.
In all honesty, be happy with what you have. Several new studies in the British Journal of Urology have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity, sexual pleasure, and increases masturbatory difficulty (by a huge percentage).

Most guys in the world (Europe, Latin America, Asia...) are uncircumcised anyways, and when erect they look very similar whether cut or not.

there isnt a right way dont do it at all, i do medical science at school and I'm going to be a surgeon when im older so trust me doing it your self could end up being very painful and could even cause an infection which could turn really serious so id see a dotor about it
