Keeping drugs out of schools and keeping kids straight could mean less druggies at the work place as these kids get older. I have a right to work without worrying if the people I work with are going to flip out on dope, shouldn't students have the same rights and safety precautions? How about drug sniffing dogs in the hallways???

I would like to add that random drug testing is done in most work places that I know of, which is great because it makes a much safer work place. I don't think that is becoming too much like a police state. I do have a right to work in a safe environment, should our kids also have a right to a drug free place to learn?
